Kim Monty the manager of the company stated in an email an account for Tempoe would be written off and agreed to by an attorney. I asked for the information in writing and along with the agreement we entered into. I never received anything in writing and now Jormandy has a court date to try and garnish my wages. I've contacted this company numerous times to have the agreement in writing and never received anything, as if there was always intent to be dishonest. Which now is evident. Resolution Sought Honor the agreement that this account was to be written off. It's a breach of contract.
