Never received Oyster Bay High School 2026 Yearbook. Have made numerous attempts to contact the school and Jostens without response. Resolution Sought Do not want refund. Want the yearbook.

Bought a package deal with a frame and announcements. Jostens sent a frame that was in landscape but my son's diploma was letter. They would only refund $140. Paid about $300 for 25 announcements and frame. Jostens price for 25 announcements is about $90. Plus the companies customer service is sub par. Resolution Sought Would like the $50 they owe us.
