I purchased at tire on 11/16/2022. By the end of my work shift. The tire was flat, I reached out to the Joy Tires, and the person on the phone made illicit remarks to me. He will not replace the tire. But. I can do him favor and bring my big juicy booty.. I feel very violated and disrespectful. He continue to call my phone after I hung up. I did not receive a receipt. Resolution Sought I will like a refund and a new tire. To have this business on notice.
