Bought my !st and Last From This Dealer

This dealership totally misrepresented my vehicle to me then refused to take care of it, and will not return your calls, had a very knowledgable sales lady but after that it has been a nightmare, was told the damage to vehicle had been fixed only to find it had not been and they refuse to make it right, asked to have the owner call me and was told they would, over a week later and no call back. I guess they think if they don't call I will just give up and go away so I will never recommend them to anyone ever

Safety is not a priority

Selling cars to make a sale is the top priority of this dealership. Customer service and safety is last on their list. They sold me a vehicle that had a manufacturer safety recall. I did not even own the vehicle long enough to make the first payment. My safety as well as other drivers on the road was compromised due to Joyce Buick GMCs negligence . The Chevrolet Traverse they just sold me lost control in reverse. The manufacturer has a safety recall on the very year, make and model of the used car they sold me with under 68,000 miles on it. If this company takes pride in their used car inventory then this only proves they do not care about you, your family, or other motorists on the road.
