I placed an order on December 29th 2023 for a 2019 Nissan Sentra front bumper and headlight. The website gave me an estimated arrival date of January 1st 2024. Every time i try checking my order status it says order confirmed. Meaning it hasn't been shipped. They have no phone number to contact them only an email. I've emailed them multiple times asking for an update on my order with no response. I then read the reviews to see they have scammed a lot of their customers previously. I have attempted to get in contact with them several times with no luck. Resolution Sought I would like them to ship my parts and give me an update on my order or issue me a full refund.
