Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Charged $ 170 once for a bogus part never received, then credit card hit two more times illegally for same amount. I have disputed all with the credit card company. I have also filed an FTC complaint & BBB report. I ordered a part based on a call I received after searching internet for a car seat. It was all a scam and I never received anything. When I tried to complain, they would not answer phone or would hang up, then, they started hitting my credit card multiple times for same amount for nothing. It appears the address listed on their www.jpbetterbusinessservices.com is an industrial park with many businesses but apparently they are illegally using this address as their business is not there. I called another business at this location and they have not heard of this business. The credit card debit has Buffalo, NY, that's it for information, no phone numbers on cc debit record. . Phone numbers are tracked as severe SPAM by ATT. One number is 707-474-8004, one is 845-406-9030. THeir bogus 'private carrier, Roger" is 909-330-0562. They are scum, stealing from others, lowlife criminals. Resolution Sought I wish these people to be investigated and stopped. Apparently, there is a ring when you go looking for a part on the internet, you get a lot of calls coming in from different places, all with Indian accents but saying they have English names. There were multiple phone numbers that called me that got caught in my spam whom I did not talk to. This is the only one I spoke with. He sounded all polite, a silver tongued devil. I think it is a whole network of scammers. I can provide phone numbers.
