Do not hire, save yourself the headache

JP Water Designs owner began doing a great job for a great price at the onset of our pool renovation, however within a few weeks he stopped coming to the project site. We payed him for a pump and heater, which he delivered and installed that didn't work. He promised to give us the invoice so that we can get the pump replaced, but he never did, so we literally were stuck with a pool pump that didn't work. He did not return our money or give us a working pool pump or heater and we still have a pool project that started in May 2017 and still has not been completed because he stopped coming by, stopped responding, just stopped working. He has been rude and condescending to us when we're trying to get him to fulfill our contract. He made promise after promise, excuse after excuse, deception after deception. This company is not honest or reputable. He furthermore has not paid subcontractors who are now coming after us, when we paid JP Water Designs for said subcontractor services.

Do not hire!

JP Water Designs are not honest. Abandoned my pool without completing it. Jose is extremely dishonest and had a bad temper. Went off the schedule of the contract and became upset and abandoned the work. He laughed telling us good luck getting it finished. He left it purposely because he knows other contractors won't finish the work because of liability in workmanship. Extremely disappointed in this company. Refuses to make amends and honor the contract. No my family won't have a pool for going on 8 months. When work was scheduled for a 5 pool remodel.
