Employ some people who can actually help people in customer service not give some pathetic answer that solves nothing.
I have been using Jpay as in an app and online to correspond with someone in the USA, OH since Aug last year 2019, which is a way to correspond with inmates in the correction facility. I had started to try and email them due to the fact I was having issues with my visa card trying to put stamps on my account to directly be able to email a friend, and the card was always declined. I sent numerous emails to the company with absolutely no resolution as to why my card was always declined as it fit all there guidelines. Then I tried starting to call the number they sent me to contact them which I would be disconnected. My frustration grew as to why this company was so hard to get any kind of resolution to my problems. I then went online to try and find out more about this company and found so many others having the same issues as me, with no satisfaction and was continually rubbed off with their response to any resolution. Now since before Christmas, I cannot even log into the Jpay site to read the mail which is sent to me. It keeps telling me my internet server cannot connect yet I'm connected with excellent strength on any other site I access. I've sent them a picture screen shot of me trying to log onto their page on both my phone and online on my laptop I get the same response. I told them I am having no trouble with my internet here at all, it's only when I try and access there page, this is causing so many doubts and problems for inmates who rely on it
