the recent written denial issued by the associated merchant "Orlando Breeze DB" regarding their claim, the following issues remain unresolved and are of significant concern: • Misleading Sales Representations: Sales agents Jose Delgado and Kathryn Andrijiszyn marketed the timeshare as an investment, a legacy for their children, and a hedge against rising hotel prices. These claims were materially false and induced the purchasers to enter the contract under deceptive pretenses, in violation of Section 5 of the FTC Act. • H i g h - P r e s s u r e , P r o l o n g e d P r e s e n t a t i o n : The couple was told to expect a two-hour presentation, which instead extended to over five hours. The drawn-out, high-pressure tactics left them mentally fatigued, impairing their ability to make an informed decision. • Delayed Access to Membership Platform: The contract was signed April 26, 2025, but access to the membership website was not provided until May 17, 2025. This delay materially impeded their ability to review the benefits and restrictions, causing them to miss a rescission deadline that was never properly disclosed. • Refusal to Honor Cancellation Attempts: Attempts to cancel on May 18 (by mail), May 19 (by email), and May 20 (by phone) were all rejected, despite the contract being procured under deceptive inducement. My complaint is the customer service at the front desk. Dwight was very rude and not polite with me or my family members. First we got the wrong rooms and was not supply with keys to reentering the building. He knows this bit still allow my sister to stand outside and question about a key that she did not gave because of the room mixup. He was very abrupt and should be removed because he is suppose to give great Customer service. It's was not our fault that we didn't get the rooms we requested. Resolution Sought Teach to be more respectable to customers.
