Educate the property management on how to treat tenants.

The maintenance guy (Village Garden) was rude to me and then the Property Manager called me and I heard you said we didn't pay our garbage bill? You can reimburse me I have the receipt. I told her that her and the maintenance guy was unprofessional. Educate the property management on how to treat tenants.

This complex does not consider the health, safety or humanity of its residents. Along with this they are promoting laws that don't exist ,

My significant other and I have lived in this apartment complex for about a year now. We have had several complaints including falling in an icy parking lot, cigarette smoke leaking in to our non smoking apartment with no follow up or attempts to rectify the situation. Upon trying to contact our property and cooperate office with out success. My Significant other and I went in to the leasing office to discuss leasing options at the end of our leasing term. At this our property manager began to lie to our faces about laws that were not in existence. I'm not sure that a good company that is suppose to be responsible for providing people with homes , should feel comfortable enough to lie to there residents faces about state laws mandating a rent increase. It was unprofessional, condescending and totally out of line considering the situation at hand. This complex does not consider the health, safety or humanity of its residents. Along with this they are promoting laws that don't exist, in order to mislead their current residents out of their wages. Stop advertising lies because that is actually against the law. I would also like for them to be more receptive of their tenants. Actually do their jobs instead of trying to wiggle out of any responsibility. Lastly act like a company that is suppose to be helping people with their housing needs, not just taking their money and giving no accommodation and punishing people who are actually good residents.
