JRL Tree Services & Construction Inc. complaints

Estimate from this tree service, I called him come for an estimate had, advised to be trimmed around my perimeter and clean up. As we walked around the perimeter of the property continue to show him the vines. and hedges that needed to be trimmed. and two areas of poison ivy that I was to Have the formula. He saw a tree in the front lawn and then gave me an estimate of $1,500 I said no I didn't need the tree down he said a thousand I said okay then when I came back at 1:30I from dropping my mother off at dialysis. Three young boys are out trimming. They look exhausted I offered them some Beverages and they accepted. I showed him where the poison ivy spray was didn't have any idea to do This told them about it. I come back from picking up my mother there was no clean up They must have left a block For the truck out in the street by the time I could get to it somebody stopped and pick it up We have reached out Four or five times now spoken to him once he said he would come out and resolve the issue and he has not has been two weeks. Resolution Sought We would like him to come back and clean up all the wood chips. Please??????

Consumer states; I am not happy with the company's response, due to the fact that I hired them to cut tree & trim bushes, and I was under the impression that they would clean up the wood chips & branches. Otherwise, I would have hired a different company to do the job. I find their response ridiculous and would still like them to return and clean up all the wood chips.
