Purchased vehicle from j, s auto with a trade in value and the vehicle check engine light was on when purchased we filed complaint with the bbb and the vehicle was recovered and fixed but finance company is charging a higher rate for vehicle payment that continues to go higher each month making it unbearable to continue payments I believe that we are being price gouged by the finance company when our payments were set at 465.00 a month and we are being charged late fees for a car that was not in our possession when we continued to make payments with Lobel financing we are at the end of our finances that are being sucked up by Lobel financing and caught in this money pit for a car we purchased that already had problems and issues Resolution Sought We would like our money back that we have invested into this vehicle to go out and purchase a vehicle that has not broken agreements with our warranty and price gouging from a finance company that would work with us as a customer that values a good vehicle and fare pricing

Company states: Ms. Ramos is a customer of our establishment, J's Auto Connection. who purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion on July 24,2022. She and her husband began to reach out to the salesman who sold her the vehicle regarding an issue with the vehicle. At the time of vehicle purchase, it was explained to her that the vehicle is sold as is. It was also explained that the vehicle is not covered under warranty, which she signed and agreed to. (A copy of the signed Buyer's Guide was issued to BCA). Despite the vehicle not being covered under warranty, the dealership made multiple attempts at fixing the issue the vehicle had by making appointments for the customer. The customer had to cancel and reschedule these appointments multiple times. It was also explained to the customer that a the time, there was a supply chain issue which in turn would cause a delay in the vehicle being fixed. Since the date of vehicle purchase, the dealership has covered all costs and fixed all vehicle issues in good faith for the customer. In regards to the complaint she has regarding the "higher rate" being charged by the finance company, I can assure that the Lobel Financial would not charge the customer a higher interest rate or higher monthly payment other than what was initially agreed and contracted to at the time of vehicle purchase. Lobel Financial will however charge the customer a fee for vehicle insurance if the customer has not provided proof of insurance to their establishment. Any questions and/or concerns the customer has regarding the financing of the vehicle or finance surcharges should be handled directly between the customer and Lobel Financial. J's Auto Connection would also like to let it be known that if at any point she needs help communicating with the finance company, she may contact us and we will do our best to help.
