Very pleased with the service I hired this company for two shower doors frameless and they totally exceeded my expectations, they our beautiful. The turnaround time to complete the job was as expected. Totally recommend this company. The owner is very professional also

Unrealiable

I engaged this company’s services back in October to make a shower panel and a tall starfire glass, which was going to be used as part of a fountain. Avi the owner, showed up on time and gave me a quote on the spot, showed me some previous work he had done in the past, mentioned his “wonderful skills” and assured me that the work could be completed in one or at most two weeks. After I wrote him a check for half of the amount Avi literally disappeared. Each time I called him it was a new excuse: …Sorry, too much work; sorry everyone “wants me”; sorry my truck broke down; sorry I think I broke my foot….. Seriously??? Two months later he finally installed the shower panel but… it was not straight! Fortunately, he was able to rectify the problem because the thickness of the glass could cover the holes he had drilled, but my tile has now unnecessary holes on it and, beside, how difficult could it be to install a single glass panel? The biggest issue, however, arose with the starfire glass. I initially requested a 22” wide starfire piece, but Avi brought a 23” wide regular glass. Neither one would fit in the base, but I could have replaced the base if I had the exact glass I ordered. I proposed to split the loss instead and make the correct size glass, which was more than fair since – after waiting this long - he brought a completely wrong item! Avi’s solution? Keep the money (he has an additional $150 which should have been applied to this glass) avoid any contact at all cost and disappear in the sunset. Considering that he has not attempted to repair his mistake nor he has proposed any equitable solution, I found him and his company to be extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Use him at your own peril!
