Recently I've taken my car to get tinted by J's Wraps & More out of Canton. He seemed very reputable as the pictures he has posted looked good along with a small local dealer got their vehicles tinted by him. I dropped my car off February 5th and paid $275 with a $25 tip. That night, I noticed a piece of hair in the sun strip along with the poor cut work and another piece of hair in the rear driver window. Along with that, my car smelt of weed. AlI messaged him and he was very pleased to fix the tint and we scheduled February 16th to have it fixed. The night before, I stated I wanted a full reimbursement along with the tint removed, I didn't feel comfortable with him reinstalling. After I dropped my car off and talking with another guy that does tint, he stated he would remove it for free due to being worried it would be removed wrong. I texted the owner of J's Wraps & More and told him to not remove it as I would take it to someone else and I just wanted the reimbursement. Awhile after, he sent me the message attached below. Which after I replied, he was not as understanding with my unhappiness with the job done. I showed him photos of all the windows that had air bubbles, dirt, hair, or poor cuts. I went to go pick my car up later that night, expecting a $150 reimbursement. I told him I was there, he replied my keys were in my gas cap. No cash or check in the car which I stated since I didn't get a full reimbursement, I would be taking him to small claims court Resolution Sought Reimburse me $300.00
