Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They would not allow me to use my debit card which I used before to order my girlfriend a $17 ring and she is a regular customer probably ordered 40 50 different things over the years very rude people explain to me what's going on. Resolution Sought I would like to know what's going on why so rude like I said she used my card several times before never had a problem.
