This event was a scam. It specifically says you will need 1-2 hours to get through the entire event. I paid for premium tickets that should have allowed my kids to be able to do everything they had to offer. But they overbooked like crazy and the kids didn't get to do anything.! 1 hour line for 1 ride.! It was ridiculous and not what they advertised. Resolution Sought Give me a refund and fix this event. I'm a hard working mother and I wasted my money and my kids did enjoy their time.!

They advertised an event with life size " featuring true-to-detail (and size!) dinosaurs", dinosaur rides, "Dino Bounce Houses, Bungee Pull, games, and all the inflatables you can handle!" among other things like "The Quest - an interactive challenge that leads adventurers through 10 clues with the chance to earn a reward!" Everything was old and broken. Dinosaur statues were missing teeth, had holes in them, the pieces did not fit together well. The "rides" were stationary and in poor condition missing pieces from the bodies. The inflatables were broken and did not inflate properly. They were under staffed and more than once things had to be shut down so those workers could go do something else. Bungee pull was not present, games didn't even have calls, there was ONE inflatable not 'all you can handle.' You couldn't complete The Quest because the stations weren't manned. The jeeps were shut down. The baby dinosaur show didn't happen. This was all around false advertisement. It was a big mostly empty building. I feel they stole my money. They did not deliver half of what was claimed on the site where I purchased tickets. They were paying people $5 for 5 star reviews of Facebook and google which is extremely deceitful. Resolution Sought Refund at least half of my money. Provide what you advertise. Stop paying people for fake reviews.
