In January I ordered five sets of cellular blinds from this website which I have ordered from at least four or five times before in the past with no issues and really liked their product so I used them again for my new property but the blinds came in completely differently than they have in the past, with the wrong color of top and bottom rails to match the white fabric I chose as well as with a beige colored layer of fabric on the inside which I had never seen before. In the past the rails and tabs and pulls were all white but this time for some reason they were all an almond color and the tabs and pulls were assembled on the beige side of the blinds indicating that they built everything to look beige/almond for some reason instead of the white I ordered. If I install the blinds the way they were assembled the white would only be facing outward whereas in the past everything was white facing inward as well as outward and that is what I had expected again and that is what I ordered. I called the company multiple times and was put in email communication with two different representatives as well as a chat help person one time and all of them said they contacted the company who made the product and they insisted that the rail color was made to coordinate with the fabric I had chosen but that's just not the case because I had chosen white! No matter how many photos I sent them and how many times I tried to explain both of the issues they kept insisting the order was correct. Resolution Sought I simply want to return my order and have them correct both the color of the rails and the placement of the pulls and tabs so that I can actually install and use them but they refused to give me a return authorization number or agree to correct either issue. They also stated that they did not allow returns or refunds because the orders are custom so basically I'm just stuck with over $600 worth of product that is useless to me. They would not even acknowledge what I was complaining about!
