I ordered the items and received them by 9/7/2021. I reached out the same day to return items because the actual size was smaller than it should be. I returned the items and am still waiting for the refund! Resolution Sought I would like them to refund my money since they have the product back!

Ordered long ago, was on major wait time for shipping due to Covid. Received one piece of the order but not all. Never knew was @ the post office top begin with when it did arrive. Other package got shipped back & never heard a word, refund, re-ship or anything. Free money for them no product for me# no call backs no information available. Resolution Sought Send me my product or give a refund.
