I placed an order back on Sep 11, 2022. I waited until October 12, 2022 and still did not receive the product. I called them and canceled my order. She said the refund would take 7-10 business days for the refund. After 14 business days I contacted them again and informed them that I still have not received the refund. She told me she will email the accounting team and should receive it soon. This is completely unacceptable. I seem to be getting nowhere with this company. They have a interest free loan from me. Resolution Sought Receive my refund.
