Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. This foundation is terrible. While others may have add a good experience, we have not. I applied twice. Once several months ago and then recently back in January. Faith reached out with additional questions that I happily provided. I expressed our struggle and everything my daughter has gone through. She said they were reviewing my application and I would hear from Her shortly thereafter. She completely ghosted me and has not responded to my follow Up emails weeks later. I thought there was finally a chance that someone may be able to help us during one of the most difficult times of our life but they just like to provide false hope. I even asked where donations could be made to and she couldn't even respond. Guess I'll air the donations to another foundation that actually communicates and doesn't provide Faldo hope. Resolution Sought Follow through with communication.
