I booked a party with the business owner on the date of may 15th. She later realized she overbooked and told me I had to change my date with no offer of a refund. I expressed from the start I wasn't comfortable with the options she gave me she was very inconsistent with getting back to me and told me that She had customers that paid her more money than I did so I basically wasn't as relevant or worth getting back to. Which resulted in me asking for my money back. She ignored me and got on social media letting everybody know she was ignoring me and keeping my money without giving me any services Resolution Sought I would like my full refund of $350 dollars due to the fact I had to spend extra money replacing the items she claims she had ordered prior to me asking for a refund
