Ordered two separate items from this website. The first one was supposed to be here on May 29th. It's June first and it hasn't even arrived at the post office of my hometown. It is supposedly in Pemberton New Jersey according to them. The second one I was told it was out for delivery and would be here by 11 today. But, then I'm being told it's been pushed back three separate times. When I contact the company to ask them why that's the case I get no response. I've asked for a refund since they can't seem to get me my package or at the very least tell me why it's been delayed and I still get no response. So, I feel as though this is my only recourse. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the $32 I paid this website.

All orders were already delivered and accepted by the customer. It was just a little delayed since we have no control over the shipping matters of USPS. We have responded to all his concerns, even though he was being rude and impolite via email and chat messages. He placed an 2 orders and the day he filed for this, one of his order was already set for delivery. The other one was misrouted but we have filed a case with USPS the day he notified us about it. We offered to refund him for the misrouted one in case he doesn't want it anymore. The misrouted package was delivered June 2 and we even sent him an email mentioning about it and he confirmed that he did received the packages. All fixed.
