Items never received

I placed a order back in November 2017 i sent out a couple emails inquiring about the items purchased no response no one ever answers the phone it will keep you on hold then when it does ring it will hang you up and you have to start your call over to do the same thing over and over again now here it is May 11th 2018 still no package now I'm out of $178.26 that was charge to my card i just wanted a refund at this point but can't get in contact with anyone to resolve this issue.

Scam package company, they take money for goods and services that they do not provide!

This company tells customers that their packages will ship in 2 weeks. When you follow up they extend the time frame. They do not answer calls or emails. I placed two separate orders on 2/11/17 and they are both still being "processed" per the companies website. Which is all I have to go off of since they do not accept calls or return emails. They are thieves and to show better business practices should only debit funds when they have shipped packages in FULL. Which they do not do as well. Packages are sent out with missing items constantly and never give refunds! If I could give zero stars I would.
