I ordered a bug guard and it doesn't fit. June 2,2022. This company has no phone number to contact. I've sent emails and they are very slow replying. 6/29/22, I did get a email asking for a photo which I sent back. 6/30/22, 7/5/22 I sent message. No reply, 7/11/22 sent another email. Waiting for reply. I'm afraid to return now because it is past the 30 day return policy. If I send it back and no refund, I'm loosing out on money and have no product that maybe I could sell. Resolution Sought I want my money back plus sales tax and a free return label.

The bug guard is correct for the vehicle. You are more than welcome to return it at your own expense. You will be credited the price for the part which is $125 but I would like to get it installed on your Jeep. Maybe you can ask someone for assistance to walk through the instructions together.
