Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Myself along with numerous others places orders with this company over a month ago and still not received our orders. On my order it clearly states that shipping would be 3-11 business days and it has been well over that. And now we a receiving emails stating that the orders could be delayed another 3 weeks. I feel like this is false advertisement if you go by what the original shipping time stated and when you try to get ahold of customer service they are not helpful what so ever. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to ship my items this week since they were promised to be shipped over 2 weeks ago
