Tried calling JUUL customer service and was not satisfied with what hoops they take me through and issue was not resolved through emails, text messages and phone calls. Purchase several boxes of JUUL 5 o/o menthol pods and they leak when using and not in use Resolution Sought Fix the issue with leaking pods. Secure customer representative that do not hang up on you
