I hired JV construction to replace part of my gutter for $225.00, paid him for the job he showed up for 1.5 hours started to dismantle my gutter and left. Now, I have the new parts laying in my yard and my gutter ripped a part and he never came back. Resolution Sought I would like my money back so i can hire a real contractor to fix the mess he made.
