I placed an order in January and once received , one of the bundles was the wrong length. I contacted them regarding the issue and instead of sending the proper length , they gave me a discount code for another purchase ! I made this second purchase Feb 26 and it has now been over 4 months later and i have not received my purchase. I've contacted them multiple times requesting a tracking number and update and once i finally got a response , they said that there were duties due on the package and since i didn't pay them , the shipping company sent the order back to them. I was never contacted regarding any duties and without a tracking number being provided, i didn't have any updates or notice of duties. They said they would send a replacement order , which still has yet to come ! When asked if the order was shipped , they keep saying it will be shipped out in "2 weeks , 2 days , Thursday , delays in india" just a bunch of lies and excuses. I've tried calling , emailing and instagram dm to get an update and tracking number or just refund me my money and now they don't even respond. This is super upsetting because the hair is good quality but spending over $700 in hair and not even receiving my order is b******* Only order from here if you want your bundles 10 months later ?? It has been 4 months and counting and its probably time for legal action if i am not getting my order or money back Resolution Sought Refund , issue tracking number

I ordered hair from this company on March 7 2022. I was getting the running around telling I'll send you the tracking number. I never received it not receive my hair my money. Resolution Sought I will like my money back I don't want anything to do with dishonest people I work hard for my 1134.40 these people have no soul dishonest.
