Last year I leased a Honda pilot from JYD and returned a Jeep Compass. I received a call from a collection company stating that i owe money on the compass that i already returned through JYD. They assured me that everything will be taken care of (the bill) and that i will not have any issues going forward. I have been emailing and contacting everyone including the owner "Anthony" but to no avail for the past 3 months. No one answers emails and everyone that deals with this situation is suddenly on "Vacation". I called inquiring about a lease just to see the outcome and and everyone was willing to help but for my situation no one is still available Very unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them again.. Resolution Sought Full Refund
