K & F Auto Sales & Service complaints

I took my car to K and F Auto Sales Car Repair in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin. I told them my car was smoking the previous day and if they can fix it. They said they then called and said they couldn't see that the car was smoking but would further look into it. They told me to sign some paperwork via text to confirm the work that needs to be done. I thought I was signing for work to fix my oil leak and maybe replace a hose. It did say something about a leak on the paper work. They didn't start working on the car till 4 and called me back at 5:20 saying it was done. So they only worked on the car for an hour and twenty minutes. When I went to pick up my car I was shocked to find that my bill was 500 dollars and all they did was change a Serpentine belt and a diagnostic which Auto zone does for free. They also said they couldn't finish searching for a possible oil leak which should of been done during the thorough diagnostic. They said they didn't have the time but they charged me for it and said to bring it back another time.I never received a printout of the diagnostic paper work you would get when I have taken it to other car repair shops so I don't believe a full diagnostic was even done. There was no sheet telling me what could or should need work on in the future. Also I found out they charge a whopping 132 dollars an hour! I believe I have been taken advantage and tried to call and negotiate the bill but they refused. Resolution Sought I should only be charged for the Serpentine belt which totaled 119.78 dollars. Everything else they supposed said they did but didn't do I refuse to pay because they never diagnosed the problems and they told me to bring the car back because they didn't have time. But they still charged me for work that was never done. And also work that I perhaps signed but didn't understand because I thought they were fixing leaks. Even if I did sign they told me to bring the car back to finish it .
