When i bought the car immediately i knew something in the steering and suspension needed to be fixed since the steering wheel was turned at a 11 and 3 position, no matter how you turned it. They proceeded to fix that issue except not grease the ball joint they fixed. Also less than a month later my service gear shifter notification came up on my dash almost every time i started it. Almost six months later this is still not fixed even though they said they would fix this. Shortly after the issue above my car started over heating when stopped at red lights or stop signs. When I took it to the dodge dealership to get it looked at since they were not fixing my issues just clearing them from the computer. Later on i found out at my husbands work that my e-brake is broken/snapped in two spots since they had it on the lift. I have the quotes of all the issues to fix my car but they will not take it to a professional dealership to get it properly fixed but a mom and pops shop that shouldn't even be putting stickers on cars since its not up to code. Resolution Sought To get my car fixed like they promised since the warranty i purchased with my car will not cover the items in my car that need to be replaced. I want ALL of my cars issues fixed and a detailing on it since i never got one when i bought the car.
