We bought a house in Stonebrair Frisco KB community. We had issues with one circuit breaker. After reaching out to them multiple times, they finally sent an electrician who just changed the breaker without checking anything else. Everytime we have thunderstorms this breaker goes off and sometimes it doesn't let hs reset until 2-3 days. We asked them to check properly but that never happened. Also the tiles in the kitchen and the bathrooms on the first floor keep forming air cracks. They changed once but it keeps happening. One of the rain water spout is not covered even after multiple requests. It has been two years already and we understand we have limited warranty but these are issues that cannot go unnoticed when they are recurring. Resolution Sought Would want below to be done 1. Gutter spout should be fixed 2. Should check the issue with the circuit breaker properly and not just replace it like before 3. We need a solution for the tiles as that is badly affecting the asthetics of the house
