Our neighbors home was the last one on the block built and his floor is about a foot taller my floor so all the rain runs off into my yard and killed my grass twice. It has also pushed water into our home through cracks in the foundation. This crack runs the entire Len of my home and was there before they even put a brick on it. I have reached out to KB Home many time about my bathroom letting in water and the kitchen. They replaced the grass and tried to re-grade my yard without any help in the matter. I told them they should install a French drain multiple times and they do nothing except blame the water coming in on a storm. The hurricane was near our house and we did NOT flood at all. You can go back and look at the wind speeds at my location. They ripped my restroom apart over a year ago and still have not came back to repair the mess they made or found the cause of the water intrusion. The joke of a representative they sent out said the 3 x 2 area in front of the bathroom that they painted fixed it and it's done. I asked him how can that much water come 3 feet into my house and gushing up through the flood because of a little paint? He said you would be surprised. These people at KH Home think we're are uneducated and will believe anything. He proceeded to say the county sets the height of my neighbors house and not KB Home and that this case is over. Horrible customer relations. Someone needs to sue this company into the ground. Resolution Sought Fix my flooring downstairs and stop the water from coming into my house by any means necessary.
