K builders quote me a price to do work on my house. I filled out a form with his lenders for a loan .And was approved for 40k. So he was supposed to start working on the June of 2023. It never happened so he said he was getting his people together. So the contract was for him to replace and repair the whole roof. 14 windows and rebuild ceiling in bathroom and wash room. So he started work on roof I October of last year. The he started on bathroom and back porch in February the his contract s came out the end of February and started to put my windows in but the windows were the wrong size. So k builders came and took windows back. But left my house in a mess because k builders took all the molding from around all my windows and left a running exhaust fan in my ceiling a whole in my back porch. So when it rains water is coming back into my house. I have no contact from him since February. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund because nothing is completed. I now have to find someone to repair and complete the job that he was paid to do.
