Company Response

6/8/2021

I apologize for my delayed response. We are working diligently to satisfy the required inspections in order to close out Mr. Bradford's permit. There have been issues with the building department's portal, which is the only way to upload documents to specific permits and request inspections. We have requested a final inspection, after uploading the required pictures, roofing affidavit, and the recorded NOC, as well as receiving confirmation of receipt of those documents from the portal, only to have the inspector fail the final inspection. His comments were that he saw no affidavit uploaded, however the portal notes in capital letters that is has been received. I emailed the permitting department regarding this issue. I have also uploaded the affidavit for a third time to the portal, as well as emailing the permitting department a copy and notification of the third upload of said document. We have another final inspection scheduled for 6/9/2021 Wednesday. I will update after we receive notification of the inspection status after it is preformed that day.
