After having behavioral aggressive issues, enrolled my 5 month old Yorkie puppy in their 1 month Behavioral Modification Program. Agreement was that we'd receive uploads of her training into our client portal and didn't, leaving us without any witnessing that she was trained at all. After a month, she came home with the same exact fear aggressive behaviors, still bites people, laden with parasites and lost 1/4 of her body weight. Went from 5lbs to 3lbs in that month. Paid $600 for vet bills for testing and medication. I also paid for an e-collar of which the trainer shortened rendering it dysfunctional. Sent them a return receipt demand letter on May 14th and as of today, have not received any receipt. There is no direct phone number of the business. All calls go to the Trainer James Ramiez. There is no facility a client can visit to verify that the business exists. It appears this business is a scam and I do wonder what kind of treatment my puppy received under their supervision. Contract states that if training failed we are due 25 of the fee we paid, however in writing a request for refund, we have not received any reply nor resolve. Now, we are beginning to believe that this puppy never received ANY training, they just put her in a pen and took our money. Based on the fact that she didn't change one iota, we want FULL instead of 25 reimbursement. Resolution Sought Reimburse me fully. $2532.50.
