Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I brought my 2 dogs to this establishment and set up the reservation for a luxury suite (costs more than a regular kennel). I did this because my bulldog is afraid of loud noises and didn't want her to be scared). My dogs were moved to the kennels without my consent. I didn't even get a call to advise me of this. The owner-Nikki Coopman tried to charge me for a suite-knowing she moved my dogs into the kennel area. When a dear friend picked my babies up-my French bulldog came home with fresh bite marks and 4 bloody areas. She had obviously been bitten by another dog at the facility. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me "it was karma for fucking me out of money". Mind you-my $133.00 bill was paid in full. Apparently my bulldog had chewed up part of the flooring in the suite-which is why I was told they were moved. The dogs were under her care-yet she requested an apology for what my dog had done. Mind you-it was a puppy from her litter and my dog has been there prior. It's certainly not my fault that she wasn't watching my dogs closely enough or that her substandard suite composition was that easily destroyed. My dog was injured-this was the most unnerving part for me. And the fact that the owner refuses to pay the vet bills associated with my dogs injuries. Resolution Sought I want a refund of my monies paid to her ($133) to cover my dogs vet bills . Report this business owner-my dog was injured in her care. She is dishonest by trying to charge me for a suite when my dogs were in a kennel.
