I went to this establishment on 3/15/2026 and paid for valet parking, they would not let me park on my own, I was in the establishment when I went out to get a sweater from my car, there was another lady who was trying to leave, but my car was blocking her in, I told her she would need to go to the valet to have them move my car since I did not have the keys, I went back inside and then came backout to retrieve something for my son, my door was open and the lady was still trying to leave, no one from valet was near my car, the lady went to valet and someone came with a bunch of keys to move my car. When I finally went to leave the restaurant and went to my car, I noticed that my windows were down, my keys were in the car, and there were scratches -almost a tear- on my sterring wheel. My car is only 5 months old, When I reached out to the company they stated they would review camaras and get back to me. It has been almost a month ago and nothing. I sent pictures as requested and now they have stopped replying to me. I asked if they had a license to operate as a valet and no response. Resolution Sought To have my steering wheel repaired.
