Kabam accused me of using a third party software to cheat on the game marvel contest of champions they claim i used this software to allow me to play the game on a computer or laptop the problem with there claim is I don't own a laptop or a computer they want tell me what software I supposed to have used or how they determined that I violated their terms they suspended me I lost lots of rewards and units plus I had just purchased 600.00 worth of items i am a vet who play this game to help keep my PTSD under control i am 64yrs old I've been playing this game since march of 2015. I've never cheated nor do I have any desire to i contacted them I was told to accept their decision and let it go as a consumer I have the right to know exactly i been accused of using and a right to defend myself they shouldn't be judge and jury this company doesn't treat its customers very well I got a new tablet for Christmas because my old one played out when I set it up and started playing the game the next day I was suspended this was the same type of tablet I been playing this game on for years Resolution Sought I want them to apologize I would like to receive all rewards, units, crystals and crystal shards I lost during my suspension
