We are trying to apply for an apartment in Huxley. I cosigned for my brother who has previous been evicted. They denied our application because of his previous eviction. I asked them to reprocess the application under only my name and they refused. I have perfect credit and feel they are discriminating against us. They also are refusing to refund either of both of our $45.00 application fees. I told the manager I was taking 100 of financial responsibility but they are not willing to even work with me at all to. My brother was in the hospital and that is why he was evicted in the first place. Apparently it doesn't pay to be honest with people. Resolution Sought Reprocess the application under my name only.
