If you are thinking about renting from Kaizen rental property, RUN. I moved into my rental property January 2024 and the problems began the same month on the day of move in. I advised the owner of Kaizen (Saire) the property was poorly put together and needed to be walked through because there were multiple issues with the home, she scolded me as if I was a child and told me that the house was fine and in great condition. Which is FAR from the truth. The house was flooded by the master bathroom plumbing the first day I moved in (which ruined my wood furniture). Not knowing where the water came from, I left it alone. After the master suit flooded for the second time after using the Jacuzzi tub that's when I realized maybe it was the plumbing and I decided to call Kaizen and put in a maintenance request. The maintenance man sent out was very rude and inconsiderate. He kept making sexual remarks. I asked him to stop and he would not. I reached out to the owner (Saire) and I advised her that I would like another maintenance man to come out to my home due to the sexual advancements. That's when Saire told me "if I needed something fixed in my home I would overlook that and allow them to continue to fix what I needed fixed". After hearing another woman tell me that I left it alone and I did not want another plumber or maintenance man in my house for a while. After seeing my kitchen sink and showerhead were leaking and would not stop leaking, I had to put in another main Resolution Sought Address the issues. Break my lease and give me my full deposit back due to safety reasons.
