Purchased a mini split air conditioner well it only cooled for about a month before not cooling anymore I reached out to seller and tells me he send someone fix it but $150 charge plus parts ..I tell him what about my warranty he tells me oh look in the booklet ..it clearly says any issues contact seller .did nothing but ignore me or make excuses ..I then found website K&A AIR I registered my unit under Warranty and created a profile then I reached out to his supplier and explained situation and he asks for pics of unit and stickers serial number sent home everything plus receipt and they blocked me on Facebook text voice and email system. Resolution Sought My money back or my unit replaced...I gave them opportunities to fix it many times and they just ignored and blocked me.
