This person had been in possession of my vehicle a 2018 Cadillac XTS Luxury for over 18 months. He took the insurance payments for my vehicle including contacting the company and acting as though he were my husband to receive an additional debit payment for over $8700. We know this because he added his email to our contact info At the time we were experiencing hurricane fallout and expected a longer than normal wait time. He spent no time on my repairs but would send messages saying he was waiting for this or that over and over again. Finally we went on vacation to come back to a letter from a tow company that was now in possession of my vehicle due to non payment for the lot he had it stored on that was NOT where we towed it to originally. When we went to see it, the car was still in wrecked condition. Not a thing touched. He has now made it so that I have no vehicle at this point and insurance won't double pay. So for almost 2 years I've had no car and have been making payments to a vehicle he had no intention of repairing. It is now totaled and I cant get in contact with this man. He is a scammer through and through who has not only committed insurance fraud but also wire fraud. I am in contact with a lawyer and perusing legal action against Michael. I would leave negative stars if I could but have to rate at least 1 so someone can else will think twice and steer clear of this scammer. I would never recommend him or his business to anyone for anything. Huge liar and thief. Resolution Sought I would like for him to return the funds he stole in respect to my vehicle back to me.
