I purchased an 08 Toyota Prius from the Jesup Ga location. From the beginning a ton of emergency lights came on one of the biggest being the brake light. Took it to Joe in Jesup and he cleared all the lights and reset it saying it wasn't anything to worry about. I was given a 3 month warranty but was told I had two options of where to take it to get it worked on as the brakes started giving me issues not stopping correctly, red triangle of death light, ABS light engine light etc. When I got someone to look at it they said it's the ABS module and it would cost $1500 for the part and not including labor. I am on a fixed income and I trusted I was getting a reliable car as I was told the only issue with the car was the back trunk not closing correctly but they fixed that. I was told the ABS module is not covered under the warranty they gave me and when I contacted Keith the owner of the business he blamed me for not taking it in sooner which I did several times and it's a 45 min drive from where I live. Each place wanted me to leave my vehicle for days with a maybe it would get looked at. But I did what I was supposed to in the time frame of the warranty. Keith is saying he will not fix the car. I was so excited to get a new car as I was literally walking to work. They sold me a bad car and they just get to get away with it. His staff is rude. Now my ABS is completely out and I have to pump my brakes to stop the car. Extremely dangerous. Resolution Sought I would like for him to pay for the part as I reported this issue several times since I purchased the car.
