K & W roofing was hired to remove and replace the existing garage roof at my home. After repairs were claimed to be completed, the roof continuously leaked and still leaks to this day. Also there are areas of missing wood in the roof beneath shingles and you can see some of the shingles from the inside of the garage because there is no wood beneath them. I've reached out numerous times and left messages but have never been able to get in touch with anyone at this company. They charged an above average price and delivered a sub par product that continues to have issues. Black Mold is now growing on the underside of the wood with the leak causing health concerns. Wood is warping and may no longer be structurally sound on back portion of roof. Excessive shingle debris and nails were left in the yard and driveway surrounding the home causing 1 flat tire shortly after they completed their work. Resolution Sought I would like them to come out to replace the damaged wood, install wood in the missing areas of the roof, and ensure all the leaks are no longer active and are fully sealed allowing no further water intrusion.
