Company: Kandy N Chrome Date of Purchase: February 17, 2026 Order Amount: $570.73 Item: 1959 RC Lowrider I placed an order with Kandy N Chrome on February 17, 2026 for a 1959 RC Lowrider totaling $570.73. The product was advertised on their website as an in-stock item. However, immediately after completing checkout, I received a notification stating that the item was actually a pre-order. This information was not disclosed anywhere on the product page prior to purchase. I attempted to contact the company using the customer service number listed on their website (562-568-7863). The call plays a "call recorded for quality" message and then goes directly to voicemail. I have not received any response, which raises concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this business. Because the item was misrepresented as in stock and the company has been unreachable, I am requesting a full refund. I no longer feel confident that this is a reputable or trustworthy merchant.
