Good day I this company contacted me I was in a car accident and someone came to my house and we agreed for 25 of my payments to them since these people picked up my case I have never heard from them every time I call them they always have an excuse or a problem like the attorney is no longer on my case or the attorney is not in the office I will speak to someone else besides the attorney on my case and they have a bad attitude when I called them like I'm troubling them they don't wanna hear from me. They put me long holes they hang up phones on me, they never contact me. They never asked me how I'm doing. I stopped going to a few of the doctors because I don't get no help with anything concerning the doctors. I lost all my income since I last spoke to these people when I called them now they always telling me that someone knows has to get on the case that they try to reach me and couldn't get me. I asked them to prove it. They said they can't prove that I told them that I could prove that I've been calling them ever since they had the case to make a long story short these people had my money since February 2023 from Allstate and I just called them today April 2 to ask them about my case and they said they're not finished with the case and they're still trying to pay some bills for me and take out the lawyers fee, and then they will let me know what is left over for me. These people did nothing for my money. They didn't even give me a courtesy phone call to ask me how I was Resolution Sought I would like to find out why my case hasn't been done I have they have my case for over three years and they have not notified me or tell me anything to do I would like my case to be resolved, and to be finished and them to pay me the money they don't deserve any of my money they were not what I was looking for in Lawyer They were not professional I wish to have this case done

They been handling my case for 2 yrs they settled they still holding my money up even though they take the majority but it seems like I can't get my part they don't answer the phone it's like they took my settlement I'm confused I don't know what to do. Resolution Sought I want my refund my fair amount any amount for that purpose they settle for 11,000 but I didn't get nothing they got my whole claim gave me nothing and keep giving me the run around these the worst people I'm going to the news next.
