I purchased a car on Sept. 15 with Karen Radley of Woodbridge VA. A week later, Larry Hopper called and said, the registration was wrong on the car. I brought it back, but traded the first car for a higher model. The finance Office Mink Karama said, he would pay VW Credit. As if today, VW Credit has no record of a payoff and the car is not there. I am due to pay for a car I don't have by Oct. 30. Resolution Sought I want this business to have the GM Lance Hopper or Finance Officer Mink Karama pay off the trade with VW Credit and show my account paid in full.
