Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Contacted this Company over a year ago regarding a money judgment I was awarded from the court against my ex husband. Talked to a man named Greg who said he was with this company and they would be able to collect this judgment for me. The writ was received from the Lamoreaux Justice Center with nothing but excuses of why it was not served this was an amount after av39 year marriage at the time the writ was given to Greg there was a deposit made into my ex's account of exactly vagaries he owed me but nothing was ever done. Resolution Sought I would like all copies of any and all documents and correspondence that was done regarding my case
