Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I bought two recliner chairs at $483.00 each with an agreement to pay 66.18 every two weeks until balance is paid in full. To date I've paid a total $743 something odd dollars and my remaining balance is $926.06 how what is the interest? Resolution Sought This is highway robbery the cost is insane and they need to be put out of business.

I placed an order for sears on 11/07/2023 order #912878560 and on 11/11/2023 I canceled this order. Numerous time I call both companies and no help in this matter. Katapult are blaming Sears that they haven't responded with the cancellation confirm. Today 2/16/2024 katapult took 250.00 out of my account and shame on Katapult more than 4 months and they're can get in contact with sears that what it was told by their supervisor locquina Simmon when I call the company today. Resolution Sought I would like my money back in my account Because I did not receive any merchant from sears.
