I ordered a deep fat fryer that I did not need. I canceled the order it was never delivered they took a $500 restocking fee out of a $900 purchase. Resolution Sought Reimburse me the money. I can understand a 10 no way should it be $500.

This company is falsely using Amazon log in as one of their check out payment choices but not honoring free shipping. My order #KT12424488 was placed Oct. 10. I selected the Amazon checkout choice. It took me to my Amazon account. I logged with Amazon & order was placed. My receipt from the KaTom order only showed my full payment of $47.44 and reflected no shipping charge. But today I called 800-541-8583 to see When to expect delivery since I had received nothing from them since order was placed. She said I'd have to pay $18.35 in shipping first. I then proceeded to ask then why did I log in to my Amazon account? She absolutely had no explanation except to say I wasn't the first complaint. But also when I did that log in on Oct 10 a fingerprint choice came up. I used and thought "Wow Amazon has finally started using that as log in." No they have not! So I have no idea where my fingerprint went but I have canceled that on all my logins now. I called Amazon & they couldn't tell me why the co. didn't honor free shipping & could do nothing about it except report it on their side. I paid the shipping charge today so I could get my order. Ridiculously overcharge for a $47.44 order. They are falsely using Amazon to make profit by misleading Amazon prime members as a choice on their payment page. By the way. Amazon did not sell this item for the sale price offered on their site or I would have just used Amazon. Resolution Sought I want to be credited on my Visa Card the shipping charges if $18.35. I want them to take down Amazon as a payment choice. And I want to know where my fingerprint went. That's really scary.
